Graduation and work

I definately think I have one of the best views from my office. I've been using it to my advatage today to spy on all the lovely people graduating down below. Whilst doing some serious work as well of course. I've just started trying to plan out and organise my women's employment mini exhibition/fair. I'm running up against a lot of hurdles at the moment but I'm determined to make this work! some how, some way!

I'm really looking forward to graduation and getting to see old friends again for one last time. I hope it doesn't rain.

We've just had our first session with Barry Dore to help us set our team objectives and I'm really positive about the way they've turned out. It took us a long time and a lot of wrangling but we've almost got their now and know the sort of things we want to do this year.
